I love Real Estate. I enjoy helping people realize their dreams, whether they are buying or selling a home. My background has prepared me for this profession; I feel it is my calling. I am originally from Cuba and moved to the United States in 1981 and started my career as a Financial Adviser. After my daughter Priscilla was born I yearned for a better quality of life and moved to Central Florida in 2000. There I started my own construction company from the ground up - specializing in new construction and remodeling/design and successfully sold it in 2006. With the experience and contacts I acquired during this time, I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate, establishing myself in Citrus and Marion counties before moving back to South Florida in 2012. My diverse professional background provides added value to my clients. With my construction experience, I can help them visualize a floor plan and assist them in determining if a house fits their needs. My experience in various real estate markets gives me a good perspective on home values and if there is a client looking outside of Miami-Dade County, I am the Realtor with the required experience and network to point him/her in the right direction. As a single mom, I understand the importance of time-management and empathize with single parents and working parents who are looking for value and for someone who understands their needs. With over a decade of experience as a Realtor and a lifetime of experience in marketing & sales, pursuing dreams, and being a mother, I am that Realtor that understands what you are looking for and I am ready to provide you with the attention, service, and value you expect and deserve.
