About Lynnette

Born in the Midwest, I had my first taste of warmth during the winter months on a trip to Florida in 1977. Even at the tender age of 9 I thought, "Someday I'm living in Florida." Many years later as I was nearing the end of my semi-pro beach volleyball career in 2005, I made the move to Florida so that 'the beach-life' would be more easily accessible allowing me to continue to play after my “retirement” from beach volleyball. Professionally, I have over 25 years in the housing industry. I have helped people buy and sell all over the Tampa Bay area and beyond, including Land O Lakes, Lutz, Brandon, Spring Hill, Tampa, and Weeki Wachee, just to name a few. I've assisted first time home buyers, Veterans, Seniors looking to down-size, and people from other states relocating to Florida. I have even assisted people in Florida who were looking for agents in other states. As a former semi-pro beach volleyball player, I've travelled all over the country and the state of Florida. I've met and worked with people from different backgrounds and with an athlete mentality and coaching experience, I know how to communicate well with others. I work WITH the agent on the other side of the transaction as well as everyone involved as we're all aiming for the same goal: to help clients purchase or sell a home.
