I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, and went to Piedmont Central College where I earned my para legal certificate, and Kings College where I earned a business degree. I practiced as a para-legal for eight years and sold new construction for National Home Buiders in Charlotte and Hilton Head for 20 years. My wonderful husband, Bill and I moved to sunny Florida in 2003, where I joined a local real Estate company in World Golf Village. Bill sold homes for Cascades, an active adult community and he is now my partner in real estate with Coldwell banker, and is also a co-owner of “Slammin’ Sam Beer - the smoothest beer in golf”,now being sold at 19th holes up and down the east coast. I sold new construction for National Home Builders for 20 years and general real estate for 12 years. I have won top awards for sales for World Golf Village, and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert. (CDPE) I am a fabulous resource for all of the intricacies of golf courses, having played every course from Nassau County through Flagler. I have won two club championships at Providence Country Club, Charlotte, NC. My husband and I enjoy travelling and playing the top 100 courses in the world, with our favorite being Pinehurst #2, Pebble Beach, The Old Course, St. Andrews, Scotland and Ballybunion, Ireland.
