Linda Aiken’s real estate experience has benefited many first time homebuyers, investors, condo owners, renters as well as those in the luxury and waterfront home markets. With years of experience relocating as a military spouse, Linda has a deep appreciation and understanding for the importance and emotions associated with a home purchase. This understanding causes her to regard all clients with the same high level of service she would expect. Linda’s real estate career began in the 1980’s and, when not directly involved in real estate due to her husband’s military assignments, she remained involved in related fields such as banking. Linda’s wide banking experience enables her to easily navigate through even the most challenging financial aspects of real estate transactions. As an owner of both single and multi-family rental units she can assist others interested in pursuing investment opportunities. Her additional experience and training includes relocation with USAA and Cartus, home staging, VA loans and military relocations, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, and negotiating. Linda is passionate about community involvement. Active in the Historic Hyde Park Neighborhood Association she works to preserve the history of the neighborhood to promoting awareness and protection of local treasures. An ardent advocate of the performing arts, she is a volunteer at the Straz Performing Arts Center. Understanding the unique situation of military families, she frequently volunteers at the MacDill Air Force Base Housing Office. Two mornings per week Linda volunteers at Moffitt Cancer Center trying to make the cancer journey less burdensome for the patient and their loved ones. Finally, caring about the less fortunate, she joins many others to serve those in need and the homeless.
