As a Florida native I grew up in Nassau County then moved to Duval County after purchasing my first home and eventually made my way back to Nassau County years later. When my youngest child started school I decided to seek a new adventure. I was offered an opportunity to work for a custom home builder as a new home sales assistant. After gaining much knowledge about the building process I was excited and ready to venture into learning as much as I could about real estate. Now with many years devoted to this wonderful business and a continued desire to give my customers the best, I make it a point to focus on my customers individual needs. My sales experience ranges from residential sales that include foreclosures & short sales, commercial, new construction and vacant land. I am very knowledgeable with First Time Home Buyer Programs, Homestead Exemption, State & Local Bond Programs for down payment assistance .
