My intentions are to understand my clients needs so we are working towards the same goals while shopping for a home or selling one. Moving as a young adult from Ridgefield, CT, then to the midwest, St. Louis, Mo, followed by another move to Cincinnati, OH heightened my understanding of what to look for in a realtor. Most importantly, I learned to find not only a hard-working professional who knew the market, but a real estate agent who was passionate and driven about understanding my personal lifestyle and needs, not what the realtor wanted to sell me. As serendipity would have it, while buying and selling my own homes over the years, my passion for the industry was born. It was after honing in on my skills in the business world as an IT account executive, followed by 15 years in business development, that I paired this experience with my passion for real estate, to become a successful and professional licensed realtor. I had a vision in 1999 to make southwest Florida my home as the long winter months lured me in with the tropical temperatures in the mid 70’s and low 80’s, plus the sunshine daily and worthy to mention the pristine beaches, exquisite golf courses and Lifestyle living. I have now called Fort Myers, FL my home for over 25 years. My passion for real estate continues to grow stronger with her ever-growing list of happy clients, and is rivaled only by the rewards and benefits of helping others to also make their visions a reality by finding them their SWFL dream home. I learned from my personal experience in those early years that the only way to do this, is by understanding their personal lifestyle and needs.
