To say that Kim Weatherington knows all about the Florida real estate market is an understatement! She is Kentucky born; Alabama raised but her passion lays right here in Southwest Florida. She entered the real estate industry with over 10 years of complex resolution skills. Her years of proven exemplary customer service skills and tenacity was rewarded by receiving a Humanitarian Award in 1999 and again in 2014. She continues to be acknowledged for being a symbol of care throughout her career and volunteerism efforts. Kim's genuine care for her community and her love for nature lead her into entrepreneurship in 2013. She became the CEO of Genuine Care Home Services, a cleaning company in Birmingham, AL. She opened the second location here in Fort Myers, Florida in 2019. GCHS of SWFL promotes and host anti-litter and anti-waste campaigns. GCHS of SWFL also sponsors annual GCHS Community Cleanups. Kim has earned real-life experiences that make her uniquely suited to serve both buyers and sellers. She has implemented proven strategies that allow her to gift both the buyer and/or seller a more stress free and seamless experience when purchasing or selling their homes. With her skillset, service-oriented heart and the assistance of her highly skilled team, Kim is a bona fide source. Kim Weatherington lives in Fort Myers, Florida with her spouse, she has three amazing adult children and two pets Sammy the turtle and Blu her Goldendoodle. She spends her free time in nature, playing billiards, completing jigsaws, volunteering, watersports and dancing with her dance partner hubby!
