Originally from New England, Kim graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in psychology and a concentration in personnel management. She spent a rewarding real estate career as a property manager in Boston, with a portfolio of commercial and residential properties from Boston to Newburyport. In 2007, Kim and her husband, Richard traded one seacoast for another, relocating from Southeast New Hampshire to Southwest Florida, where they take advantage of the “Florida Lifestyle” and the outdoors year-round. When not selling real estate here in paradise, Kim enjoys bicycling, walking their Labrador retriever, exploring of the natural beauty of Florida, and giving back to the community with her local Rotary Club.
