For the past 20 years, Kelly Jenkins P.E., CFM, has been a part of the development and oversight of the growth within Bay County in Panama City Beach. She recently retired as City Engineer and Public Works Director from Panama City Beach. Kelly has been a registered professional civil engineer for 21 years and a certified floodplain manager since 2005. She understands the process of taking property and transforming it into residential and commercial tracts of land where it is then made possible to find a new dream home, investment rental, or perfect office or commercial space. Kelly is so excited to be utilizing her expertise from the regulatory side of development and turning her community focus towards real estate sales. With a passion for service in the Bay and Walton County areas, Kelly is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1997
