Hi, I’m Karen Perez, a current St. Johns County resident proudly serving Northeast Florida, including St. Johns, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and the surrounding areas. Originally from Minnesota, I later spent many years in California before relocating back to my husband’s home state of Florida. My family and I experienced firsthand what it’s like to navigate a major move, rent before buying, and learn a completely new area. That experience gives me a unique perspective when helping relocation clients and families find not just a house, but the right community and lifestyle for their needs. I’m especially passionate about helping clients explore Northeast Florida’s beautiful coastal communities, new construction opportunities, and lifestyle-driven neighborhoods. Together with my husband, who has over 25 years of mortgage lending experience, we’re able to help clients better understand both the real estate and financing side of the transaction — creating a smoother, more informed experience from start to finish. As the parent of a Coast Guard veteran, helping active duty military members, veterans, and relocating families is especially meaningful to me. In our free time, we love exploring Northeast Florida’s local beaches and springs, discovering new restaurants and communities, and taking our daughter to Florida’s amusement parks and attractions.
