Julie Borden is passionate about meeting new people and guiding them on their real estate journey. Julie treats each customer as if they were a family member. Julie’s passion is matching buyers with sellers. She loves the challenge of finding that perfect neighborhood for a buyer. With the myriad amenities in Southwest Florida, she takes the time to learn just what her buyers want, and oftentimes uncovers things they did not realize they wanted. She sees the buying process as a puzzle that is exciting and different each time. With sellers, she loves to help get homes ready for sale before listing. It is an art to make sure a home is picture perfect and ready to go. Julie loves that process and enjoys working with sellers to make sure their home is ready to show and in a position to bring top dollar! Julie has lived all around the United States with her husband Greg and three kids, Cole, Anna, and Brooke, who are now all in college. So besides having many different experiences to draw from, she has also moved a lot and can talk first-hand to buyers and sellers about what they are going through. Julie is a licensed Realtor® in both Indiana and Florida. Her primary home is in Florida, but has the heart of a midwestern Hoosier and loves to go back and visit her childhood home! In her freetime, she loves to play tennis and is active in her community's tennis group. She and her husband also love to visit tennis tournaments. Her dream is to one day visit Wimbledon!
