In this age of disruption, big change can mean big opportunity. Lean business principles are opening doors and sparking innovation. In 2013, we knew things were changing when we relinquished ownership of Main Street Realty International, a traditional brokerage established in 1985. Five years later, and with a blank slate, we imagined a new kind of workplace where accomplished real estate agents could join forces and break the mold. The result was UPSIDE Real Estate, and we are writing a new story around a group of extraordinary professionals who wanted more for their careers and for their lives. As a real estate agent, lawyer and business leader, I have spent a career helping customers navigate complex real estate transactions and helping other real estate agents break through barriers to higher achievement. I grew up in Orlando, Florida and graduated from Cornell University and the University of Florida College of Law.
