About Jamie

I'm an agent with LoKation Real Estate here in my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. I've been in the real estate field for a number of years, but in different roles. I started off as a ‘bird-dog' in 2004 finding investment properties for real estate investors throughout the United States, then in the same year, I started my own real estate acquisitions company (First Coast Acquisitions, Inc.) purchasing my own rental properties. In 2005, I moved into the mortgage field, originating mortgages for customers. Now, as a licensed real estate agent, I specialize in residential real estate, but I also have experience with land purchases and currently working on some commercial real estate acquisitions for some clients.
