I grew up in Chicago, and New York, lived in Naples, FL and most recently moved with my family to Hobe Sound, FL. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Middlebury College, VT and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Hagan School at Iona College, NY I have over 30 years experience in marketing and sales, first as a licensed salesman on Wall Street in New York, as a marketing manager for Reuters Information Services, and recently as a licensed Realtor in Florida. After school, I learned that my literature degree was a valuable sales tool. Literature is all about human nature and understanding human nature is the first step in being able to communicate with people and sell. As a licensed salesman on Wall Street, I learned the importance of listening. I learned that you need to carefully listen customers to understand what they want and need. This important lesson is serving me well as a licensed Realtor. All licensed Realtors are bound to abide by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice defined by the National Association of Realtors. I use these bylaws as a guide for all interactions I have with property buyers and sellers. Customers should know that all licensed Realtors are obligated to abide by this code and violations are taken very seriously. I want my customers to trust me and feel confident that I have their interests in mind at all times. My mission is to provide superior customer service to all of the property buyers and sellers I meet. I feel this helps ensure that every transaction is smooth and less stressful for my customers. This makes it more likely they will use me again in the future and also recommend him to others.
