Heather Allen, President of Allen Cornerstone Realty, Inc. has been involved in real estate for more than two decades. She started her career in St. Johns County, specializing in Planning and Zoning matters. After ten years with local government, she became a consultant with a Jacksonville based planning and engineering firm. Ms. Allen obtained her real estate license in 2005, and focused primarily in commercial and vacant land sales for the next four years. In 2009, Heather decided to broaden her expertise to the residential real estate market. Since then she has worked with many buyers and sellers to help them achieve their goals. She has worked in real estate services throughout the Northeast Florida region for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from our real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps us productive and successful.
