About Hayley Amanda

I moved from Michigan to Florida at 18, briefly starting out in sales before finding my place in the bar industry, where I spent years serving, bartending, and becoming part of the community. It’s where I learned how to really listen to people, build genuine connections, and create an environment where others felt comfortable and welcomed. When I first landed in Cocoa Beach, it immediately felt like home—and that sense of belonging has stayed with me ever since. That feeling followed me as I lived all throughout Brevard County—from Cape Canaveral to Palm Bay and all the little towns in between—building my life and deepening my connection to the area. I even spent two years living in Hawaii, but no matter how beautiful it was, it never quite felt like home. Brevard County had already claimed that place in my heart. Life brought its share of challenges, including the loss of my first husband, who was also a bartender, but it also brought me back to where I was meant to be. I eventually settled in Rockledge, and while working in Cocoa Village, I met my now husband—and built the life I have today. We share our home with four dogs and what feels like a revolving door of family and loved ones. Most of the family I’m closest to lives states away, but we stay closely connected. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me baking, sewing, beading, or working on some kind of creative project. I’ve always been someone who builds and creates—and over time, I realized that what I value most is helping people find a place where they feel that same sense of home I found all those years ago. That’s what led me to real estate. To me, it’s not just about buying or selling a house—it’s about helping people move forward with confidence, clarity, and the feeling that they truly belong. I’m here to guide that process with honesty, attention to detail, and someone in your corner who understands just how much “home” really means.
