Meet Doug Pierson!! Doug has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for over 45 years. He graduated from Clearwater High School and continued his education at the University of Tampa earning a degree in 1994. Doug developed a passion for real estate early in his career obtaining his real estate license in 1990 and managed and invested in properties all throughout Tampa Bay. He ventured into the medical sales arena specializing in dermatology for over a decade, but knew his calling was always going to be owning his own real estate brokerage. Pierson Property Group was founded in 2018. Pierson Property Group has helped countless clients realize their dreams of owning a piece of the area he loves, Champa Bay! Doug takes a data analytic approach to helping his clients. He loves using data to find deals and unique opportunities throughout Tampa Bay. When Doug is not helping people find great homes or investment properties, you can probably find Doug hanging with his wife of 25 years and business partner Yoly, his 17 year old son Jack and his faithful golden retriever Hurley. When he gets a little time off, he could be on a local golf course or in the water of which we have plenty of both around here!
