As a young man he graduated from John Marshall High School, Rochester, MN with a business emphasis and participated in DECA Distributive Education Clubs of America business events. In beautiful Fort Myers he attended then Edison College now known as Florida South Western State College with studies emphasis of Business Management. He later progress towards graduating as a Physical Therapist at Rosario University Bogota, Colombia and has successfully worked in rehabilitation in the community since 2013. David has acquired professional skills thru his experience of communication in English and Spanish written and spoken to apply towards all Real Estate transaction. David has 15 years of living in the local Lee county area and is knowledgeable in local neighborhoods, schools and amenities. Additionally having been a son of a general contractor, David has understanding of general building principles and a strong source of information about general upgrades that are needed in prospective homes. Passionate about restoring functional mobility in therapy and never forgetting his initial business interest in real estate. David has restarted his Real Estate career initially licensed Realtor in 2007 and inactive until 2017, he strives to apply his professional skills, knowledge of his local community and vast communicative capacities to accommodate and represent clients in home transactions at Florida WestShore Realty with the company having 13 years experience in the market and a broker with 200 million transaction history. Thankful for practicing a fulfilling career, David keeps up with his 6 yr old son by raising a young puppy, keeping wife happy and coaching soccer with active U.S Soccer Federation Licensed Coach at the local YMCA league.
