About David

Finding the commercial real estate solution that best fits a client’s needs is my passion. I know the Gainesville real estate market and the people who influence market prices and control commercial space. As a member of the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors® (GACAR) and the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, I have built strong relationships with businesspeople, developers, and real estate investors. Clients reap the benefits of my experience in commercial real estate and know that I can find the space that will best suit their needs and budgets. Plus, as a real estate investor I know how to advise my clients about leasing versus buying a property, and more. I guide my clients from the time we initially meet until they sign their leases or close their purchases, and beyond. These are some reasons why I have been a multimillion-dollar producer since I began my real estate career at Bosshardt Reality Services in 2004. In 2012, I left Bosshardt to start Ferro Real Estate Partners LLC, where we specialized in commercial and residential sales and leasing, and residential and commercial property management. After successfully running my own company for 5 years, I am now Vice President and Managing Broker of the Gainesville Watson Realty Corp. Giving back to the community is important to me. I am the 2016 President of the Sunrise Rotary Club of Gainesville, and I am completing my four-year term of the Alachua County Economic Development Advisory Committee. I have also Chaired the PALS Fundraising Advisory Board and am the Co-Founder of Hot Rodding for Heroes. I am currently appointed to the City of Gainesville Plan Board. I have been honored as the 2013 GACAR Realtor® of the Year and Dean of Commercial Real Estate, and I served as GACAR’s 2016 President.
