I’m David Ethridge, a REALTOR® with KW Classic in Orlando. In 2021, I made the move here from Southern California, where I had lived for 30 years. I know firsthand what it takes to uproot your life, leave a place you love, and build something new somewhere unfamiliar. I specialize in relocation buyers, investors focused on the Disney and Universal corridor, and clients who want a smooth, well-managed transaction from first conversation to closing day. I’m also one of the few agents in Central Florida licensed in both Florida and California, which means I understand both ends of your move, not just the finish line.
