He is the Founder & CEO of Baires International Realty, a Miami-based real estate brokerage focused on serving international investors and high-end clientele seeking premium real estate opportunities in South Florida and beyond. Daniel’s expertise combines real estate advisory, investment strategy, and cross-border business knowledge. His main focus is on income-generating properties, luxury residences, commercial assets, and strategic real estate opportunities for clients looking to preserve, grow, and diversify their wealth. Through his international network, Daniel and his team provide clients with a comprehensive advisory approach that goes beyond the transaction. This includes access to legal, accounting, financial, and tax professionals who can assist with corporate and ownership structures, investment planning, asset protection, and ownership strategies. Baires International Realty also has access to select off-market opportunities and private listings that are often not visible to the general market or to most Realtors, giving clients a more discreet and strategic path to unique real estate investments. In 2017, Daniel founded Baires Homes Apartments in Buenos Aires, Argentina, a company dedicated to providing temporary rental accommodations for corporate clients, expatriates, and embassies. From 1999 to 2015, Daniel served as Director of Business Development for Qualcomm LATAM, based in Miami, San Diego, and Buenos Aires. During his 16 years with the company, he helped coordinate the expansion and growth of Qualcomm’s products and services throughout Latin America. Earlier in his career, Daniel held commercial roles at Banco de Galicia, Movicom, and CTI in Argentina.
