Cyndi brings over 15 years of real estate experience and has proudly called Southwest Florida home for more than 15 years. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, she is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals while providing a smooth, stress-free experience. A recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Culture Icon Award, Cyndi values family, integrity, service, and community. Outside of real estate, she enjoys tennis, Zumba, biking, ballroom dancing, church activities, spending time with her grandchildren, and Southwest Florida sunsets. Ron spent more than 25 years as a senior marketing executive, leading direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives across industries including retail, automotive, publishing, and financial services. In 2015, he transitioned into real estate and joined eXp Realty alongside Cyndi. He also operates a wealth coaching business, helping individuals reduce debt, build wealth, and create lasting legacies. Ron enjoys golf, tennis, biking, ballroom dancing, church involvement, family time, and watching the sunset. Together, Ron and Cyndi have a blended family of six children and seven grandchildren.
