Northeast Florida and the Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra areas are growing and many people are seeking to move here. As a Jacksonville, Florida area real estate agent it is my role to help you find the area to buy that works with your lifestyle. Home buying and selling has changed over the years and the market is still very strong which can be intimidating and confusing. What you think your home is worth and what the Buyer thinks are often different. Let me help you understand inspections, contract requirements, lending and more so you can made good decisions whether buying or selling. We will start with a conversation and determine if the time is now or down the road. Many of my clients and I keep in touch for a year or more before they make a final decision. As a NAR SRES designee and graduate of the Senior Real Estate Institute, it is my honor to help Seniors, the 55 + active Seniors and their family members make decisions that impact them or their elder. As a Baby Boomer myself, I can appreciate wanting to downsize to a smaller home that requires less maintenance and yard work or wanting a larger home to spread out in and have plenty of room for the grandkids! Whether you need help downsizing your own life or helping your family members who may need to explore independent/assisted living or memory care, I can help with caring compassion. As the child of a veteran, I went to 3 high schools in 4 years in 2 different state, I get you! I am proud to also have the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation from NAR. My focus is on you and how I can help you sell or buy your home. Listening and truly understanding what you need and want is important. Before becoming a Realtor, many years were spent in the corporate environment and also as a business owner. I will work hard for you and give you an honest evaluation without a "sales" hype.
