Craig began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc., Florida operations in 1995 in the corporate marketing department. While there, he developed and initiated corporate marketing campaigns, branding strategies and spearheaded marketing programs that resulted in improved performance at branch levels in the areas of residential, commercial and property management services. Following his success at Coldwell Banker, he delved deeper into the field of commercial real estate development and became an important member of the commercial leasing team at Benderson Development. This experience enabled him to hone valuable skills promoting, negotiating and securing a variety of commercial leases throughout central and Southwest Florida. Relocating to Naples with the position of director of property services in 2008, he was responsible for the marketing of several retail developments as well as sales and leasing of local retail properties and property management. Formerly with Naples Trust Real Estate and Stock Realty Rental department as luxury home leasing specialist, and working within beautiful Lely resort, his mission was to satisfy the needs of absentee owners who demand a higher level of service when placing their property in a rental program.
