About Claudia M. Palazzi

I'm a mix of cultures. I have called many places home. From the north of South America (Venezuela) to the very south (Chile); from Spain to the US (Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, New York and now Miami), and I have loved them all. First an Architect, then a Photographer, a glimpse as an Interior Designer and now following a new path and passion into Real Estate with a deep drive to help people by finding homes and properties that exceed their expectations, I understand what is like to stand in my client's shoes. Relocating several times -renting, buying, and selling houses of my own- has afforded me a unique sensitivity towards my client's journey, which can be attributed to the first-hand perspective I gained through my personal experience. Now a long time resident of the Miami area, having navigated my youngest daughter through the City of Miami's school system, serving on different comittees and foundations, and helping on some extra-curricular organizations, I have gained a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in the community.
