I'm eager to help and would love to talk to you. I am originally from the U.K. and has also lived in Canada, France and Luxembourg. I have been residing in Florida for the past 30 years. The first 13 years were spent in Miami Beach, the last 17 years have here in the Port Charlotte North Port area. This has given me an insight to Florida living on both the east coast and west coast of Florida. I am married with three children and two grandchildren. Interest includes aviation and motorcycles. These days my feet are placed firmly on the ground with occasional low flying on the motorcycle. I had a 35-year career in the construction industry starting in 1978 working for general contractors and architects, completing residential and commercial projects on two continents. I am well versed in in different types of construction for both temperate climates and subtropical. The commercial projects ranged from small tenant improvements to multimillion-dollar business parks, hotels, industrial buildings, and retail strip malls. On the residential side, I have either designed or supervised the building of over 300 homes. I started my career in real estate in 2010 working for buyers and sellers on the residential side of the business then progressed to commercial real estate working with investors, developers, and end-users assisting with leasing. I have a thorough understanding of what is required for new home purchase (New Construction).
