I was born in Illinois and grew up in North Central Florida. Florida is great, but it’s hard to get outdoors during the humid summers. And it doesn’t have any mountains. (Did you know that Florida is actually the flattest state in America?) In 2017, my family realized that we wanted to move out of Florida. We wanted to find a place with lots of outdoor activities you can enjoy year round. We visited different parts of the US trying to find the perfect place. When we visited Boulder, we realized that we had found what we were looking for. So, we decided to move to Boulder and ended up in Louisville. Life is great with lots of Parks, Open Spaces, and unlimited Outdoor Activities! About Chris. Chris was raised in a large family (10 kids) on 16 acres in Rural Florida. He learned the importance of hard work at a young age helping in his parent’s plant nursery. Less than one week after his 18th birthday in 1998, Chris passed the Florida Real Estate Exam and started his real estate career. He’s sold thousands of homes and won lots of awards.
