Buyers must have an Advisor who will protect their interests throughout the contract, selection and construction, finance and closing phases of the most important purchase of their lives. The types and choices are endless. I help you narrow it down. Each type of home has widely different cost and time considerations. Custom, Semi-Custom, Spec, The Model, To-Be-Built, Custom Choice and Quick Delivery are some of the early choices to make. Finishes and options can be a huge source of confusion. Did you know there are 5 levels of each type of finish? Flooring, cabinets, tile, countertops, edges, moldings, installation and every other element of design comes with a choice of standard and upgrade costs as well as colors and finish. Many choices will affect the health and safety of your family (Fewer colds and allergies, anyone?) and I advise on these, too. You need to know: How much is it going to cost in time and money and what will I get out of it in the end? Costly mistakes are easy to make and hard to undo. With prior research, I can show you how to get it right the first time and what’s at stake if you insist on a “change order.” This is a service that only an Independent Advisor will provide. Buyers can have confidence in their decisions when they know what to expect and are fully informed every step of the way. For my customers, this means savings in time, money and stress by keeping track of the details and providing solid advice on every single option.
