Meet Cassandra Gaither, Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Short-Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). Cassandra Gaither, GRI, SFR, RENE is a Residential Real Estate Advisor with LoKation Real Estate and Property Management Firm. Cassandra, first obtained her Real Estate License near her home in Alexandria, Virginia in 2010. Eventually following the sun to Orlando, Florida, she successfully closed several real estate transactions representing both sellers and buyers in single family homes and condominium sales. These sales included golf communities, waterfront properties, and gated luxury estates. Then, with a personal goal to live in Miami, Cassandra relocated to Miami Beach in the Summer of 2013, and has since added Townhouse, Single Family, and Condominium Rentals in addition to her Sales expertise. Cassandra attended Georgia State University to study Business Marketing. Originally from Washington, D.C., she had a long career as an event planner before starting her career in real estate. Cassandra, a global marketing specialist is very experienced in the Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Beaches luxury market area and works frequently with international and celebrity clients. All of these resources come with Cassandra’s devotion to helping families and individuals locate their dream home. Cassandra earned the "Graduate, Realtor® Institute" (GRI) Designation, and "Short-Sale & Foreclosure Resource" (SFR) Certification, by attending classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. In addition, she has learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk, and provides resources to help Realtors® stay current on national and state-specific information as the market for these distressed properties evolves. With this designation, and certification and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, Cassandra can better serve prospective clients and customers. The GRI designation, and SFR certification sets the individuals who have attained it, apart from other practitioners because it indicates to the public that the individual has obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base the services they provide and that they are a member of the National Association of Realtors®.
