A lifelong resident of Central Florida, Carolyn Ann was raised in Orlando's historic College Park neighborhood. She attended Killarney Elementary School, Robert E. Lee Middle School, Edgewater High School, and Seminole State College. Her lifelong knowledge of the area provides clients with valuable local insight and market expertise. Before beginning her real estate career, Carolyn Ann was a professional actress and SAG member, performing in stage productions, television, and film. After retiring from acting, she managed a prestigious corporate law firm in downtown Orlando before joining Sutton & Sutton Realty in College Park in 2004. Her passion for real estate and development led her to establish CAC Consortium, a real estate and consulting firm. She has provided consulting services for organizations including SOS Dezign, the Arthritis Foundation, Unicorp National Developments, Shea Homes, and Dylan & Jameson. Carolyn Ann has also dedicated herself to community service through leadership roles with the Girl Scouts of Citrus Council, the Vismindaluz Philippine-American Association of Central Florida, Downtown Orlando Business Partnership, the Arthritis Foundation Florida Chapter, Board of Directors for W.O.W.-Women of Wisdom, Rock Pink Cancer Research, AAU Basketball and The Orlando Margarita Charity Ball. In addition to her real estate career, Carolyn Ann is an ordained minister and Florida Notary Public, available to officiate weddings, home blessings and special ceremonies.
