As a 35-year-long transplant from Los Angeles to Tampa Bay in 1980, Bruce is 3rd-Generation in real estate– licensed as an Agent in 1995, and licensed as a Broker in 1999.With real estate in his blood since he was born, and since his childhood years, Bruce’s grandfather was a major commercial Land Developer in southern California; his father is a former real estate Attorney, and his mother is a former longtime real estate Broker. Having operated his own multi-office real estate firm in the past for nearly 10 years, Bruce’s professional experience includes general real estate sales, consulting & negotiation-troubleshooting, property management, and land/property development in both residential and commercial real estate.
