About Britany

My name is Britany Huebner, and before I’m a Realtor, I’m a mom to three incredible boys, a proud German Shepherd mom, and a lifelong Florida girl who loves the state I call home. Family is everything to me. My boys are my greatest accomplishment, my biggest motivation, and the reason I work so hard every day. Their father and I have spent the last 15 years building a life together. He’s my best friend, my biggest supporter, and my partner through every challenge and milestone life has thrown our way. I also come from a family with strong military roots. Both of my grandfathers proudly served our country, and the values they passed down, integrity, loyalty, hard work, and showing up for others, are values I carry with me every day. They shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me fishing with my boys, hunting for shark teeth along Florida’s coast, or spending time with my family and dogs. Those simple moments remind me why home means so much. That’s one of the reasons I love real estate. To me, it’s never just about buying or selling a house. It’s about helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and finding a place where memories will be made for years to come. As a Realtor with River Hills Properties, I believe in being present. When I list a home, you won’t find a lockbox hanging on the door. I personally attend every showing, inspection, appraisal, walk through, and closing because I believe your home deserves that level of care and attention.
