About Brinson

A Deland native like his father and brother, Brinson graduated from DeLand High School and chose to continue his education at Stetson University. During his time at Stetson, he studied to earn his real estate license. The day after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Finance, Brinson activated his license and started in the business alongside the family. A member of the Roland George Investments Program, his extensive knowledge of financial modeling and market know-how assists customers in commercial and residential transactions. In addition to Swann Real Estate, Brinson is co-founder of Swann Capital, a strategic investment company started in 2016. His free time is spent producing records in his home studio. Besides numbers, databases and financial analysis, Brinson enjoys unwinding at Trilogy and traveling to cut records with various artists. Also outside of real estate, you can most likely find Brinson at the Crossfit NIKA, surfing at New Smyrna Beach, or enjoying a drink with friends at the local brewery Persimmon Hollow.
