About Bill

Bill Towers is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., based in their Naples office. Working together as a team, Downing-Frye gets more deals done than any other brokerage. Bill’s knowledge and previous experience help to strengthen the real estate brokerage practice. Having completed with Graduate REALTOR Institute program put forth by the National Association of REALTORS, he attained the GRI designation. Born in Columbus, Ohio, Bill grew up mostly in the Chicagoland area. He headed back to Ohio to graduate from Kenyon College, a small liberal arts school, in 2002. After graduating, he moved back to the Chicago area to join Tiger Brokerage Group, a merger & acquisitions firm, heading up their small market division. At that time, Bill delved into commercial real estate as it related to transfer of small businesses. He holds a Real Estate Managing Broker license in the state of Illinois. In 2010, Bill and his wife, Anne, relocated to Naples, FL to help run a family owned architectural precast company, Precast Keystone. Not long after moving to Florida, he acquired a Real Estate Broker license in the state of Florida. Coupled with his wife’s own real estate license and her Florida Certified Building Contractor’s license, Bill and Anne’s experience in the local community and building industry are poised to well serve those who are looking to come to Southwest Florida. Bill and Anne have grown to love the Naples area and have both become involved in local Rotary groups. Naples has become home for them, where they enjoy spending time outdoors with their dog, Chewie, and watching the amazing Naples sunsets. Having worked with many business owners over the years, Bill is very cognizant of the challenges of change, and he is looking forward to helping his customers pick the best spot for them.
