I believe anyone can achieve financial freedom by generating passive income through Real Estate Investing. Growing up on Long Island, New York, I was never taught about Real Estate investing with good reason. The acquisition costs and real estate taxes were unattainable for most. When I returned to Baltimore (Johns Hopkins Alum) in 2010 after working for a billion dollar developer in NY, my real estate journey began in the REO/Flip niche. I quickly learned how to find off market deals, analyze costs and returns, and utilize investment strategies such as a 1031 exchange to help my clients generate wealth. When I moved the Business to the Gulf Beaches of Florida in 2018, I became immersed in all things STR. I’ve spent the last five years perfecting my STR acquisition strategy and assembling a tribe of industry elite- from Lenders, to airbnb Design/Outfitters, to Insurance brokers, marketing experts and much more. Understanding Market trends, the economy, and where I believe the housing market is headed, has been a key factor in what sets me apart from the competition. Recently, I partnered with Padpslit, a Co-living platform that will change the way we tackle the affordable housing crisis. Padsplit is a solution where Investors can 2-3X their monthly ROI while helping working people who have been priced out of their homes with rents skyrocketing across the nation, with a safe space to rent.
