About Banu

Banu Enes is a seasoned real estate advisor with a background in luxury hospitality and commercial logistics. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Bilkent University and began her career at Marriott International in New York City, where she earned a Service Award for excellence in client service. After six years in petroleum logistics, Banu transitioned into event management before relocating to Miami in 2014, where she entered the real estate industry with strong momentum. Within just six months, she earned her CAP designation and ranked among the Top 20 solo agents at KW Miami in 2016. Banu specializes in advising international and domestic real estate investors, with a particular focus on assembling high-performing residential and commercial property portfolios. She is also certified in business brokerage, enabling her to guide clients through complex commercial transactions, including business acquisitions. As one of the founders and the former president of the Turkish American Real Estate Professionals Association, Banu plays a leading role in connecting Turkish investors with U.S. real estate opportunities. She has also served as the Florida representative for the American Turkish Business Development Council and actively contributes to the Association of Turkish American Business Women.
