I’m a Jacksonville REALTOR® specializing in long-term residential property management and helping homeowners and real estate investors protect and maximize the value of their rental properties throughout Northeast Florida. As Business Development Manager with WaterMarke Property Management, I work with property owners in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns, Orange Park and surrounding communities. My role starts with understanding the property, the owner’s goals and what they need from a professional property management company. I believe good property management should go far beyond collecting rent. It should provide consistent oversight, proactive property care, clear communication and a professional experience for both owners and residents. My background includes long-term residential property management, community association management, hospitality and real estate. I am also a licensed Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) and commissioned Notary Public. That combination gives me a practical understanding of property operations, owner relationships, resident experience and the importance of protecting a real estate investment over the long term. At WaterMarke, our approach to rental property management includes resident screening and placement, lease administration, rent collection, property inspections, maintenance coordination, preventative maintenance, vendor communication, owner reporting and ongoing property oversight. I especially enjoy helping first-time landlords, real estate investors growing their rental portfolios, out-of-area property owners who need dependable local oversight and homeowners who are ready to step away from managing a rental themselves. To me, protecting a rental property means more than maintaining rental income. It means paying attention to the condition of the home, identifying maintenance concerns early, helping owners make informed decisions and supporting the long-term performance of the property. My approach is relationship driven. I believe in listening first, communicating clearly and helping each owner determine what makes the most sense for their property and investment goals.
