Ashley has been in residential and commercial real estate for 7 years engaging in all facets of the real estate industry. Specializing in residential and commercial real estate her goal is to provide financial information and analytic data to the potential buyer or seller. Being very knowledgeable on the properties, she shows several sites and explains the features of the building, including the cost of maintenance and any possible renovations the client would want. Her greatest asset to the client is the ability to be the intermediary in negotiations between the buyer and seller, including property prices and settlement details and walking the client through the closing process.
