After all, he spent 16 years in the title business, and he’s been active in Tallahassee, Florida, real estate since 1978. He considers it home, as well as a great place to invest. With more than 40 years of building relationships with the area’s real estate and lending community, Andrew has helped promote technology to the Tallahassee Board of Realtors® and provided expert support to real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and clients. He works with buyers and sellers of every age, from first-time and move-up buyers to professional investors securing both residential and commercial properties. As a longtime resident, Andrew is familiar with local real estate ranging from vacant land to the largest homes in the area. He’s able to empower clients with market analysis as well as access to lenders, inspectors, surveyors, and the various other aspects of a transaction. Whether his clients are listing or buying, he dedicates himself to getting the most value for the money. When he’s not moving and shaking in the Tallahassee real estate market, you’ll find Andrew teeing off on a local golf course.
