Over 24 years of Military service I have learned many things. One thing that I have learned is that it is always wise to consult with professionals within a field; you wouldn’t ask a truck driver to fly a helicopter and you wouldn’t ask a pilot to kick in doors or take a hill like an infantryman. I spent my entire military career living by the Army Values, the warrior ethos, and as I became a leader of Soldiers the NCO creed.
