As a practicing Accountant and REALTOR®, I am well versed in all facets of the real estate market and its transaction cycle. My diverse education combined with my extensive work experience, provides me with a strong background in contracts, figures and finances, but also the additional knowledge to fully understand the tax consequences that result from the transfer of real property, for both individuals and businesses alike. Having worked with many of the area's attorneys, banks, mortgage brokers and title companies, I have built strong relationships that benefit my customers throughout the real estate process. Because of my strong work ethic and proven negotiation skills, my clients show up to the negotiating table with the value added benefit of a much stronger advocate on their side, however at no additional cost to them.
