About Allison

Allison’s extensive real estate knowledge and expertise as a Realtor® stems from her five year career with a leading national new home builder. During that time she averaged $10M per year in closings and mastered her negotiation skills. She assisted hundreds of homeowners in finding a property that fulfills their living needs and desired lifestyle. Her comprehensive background helps clients make informed decisions when entering into the real estate market. Allison is a Southern California native and long-time resident of Nashville, TN where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University and became a licensed real estate agent. Before moving to South Tampa, Allison resided in Charleston, SC where she was a member of the Charleston Top Producer’s Club closing $13.5M in 2014. Having relocated multiple times throughout her life, Allison is very familiar with the challenges, emotions and stress that her clients encounter when purchasing and listing properties. With her empathy of the moving and relocation process, she thrives on helping purchasers and sellers find the property that is best suited for their lifestyle and get acquainted with their new community. It is Allison’s primary objective to make her clients’ experience as enjoyable, seamless and stress-free as possible when they are purchasing or listing their home. Prior to her career in real estate, Allison was a marketing and public relations executive and thus knows how crucial it is to create, implement -- and execute -- an extraordinary marketing campaign to showcase her clients’ properties most stunning features. Allison has established roots in the South Tampa community with her husband and sweet Labrador retriever. Apart from her profession she is an avid runner and enjoys being active, traveling, taking culinary classes, and spending time at the beach. Allison is an active member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® and Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®.
