About Alicia

Alicia Francis was born in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Upon graduating high school, Alicia decided to continue her education at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA. She graduated with her BA in Political Science in 2009. In the height of the housing market crisis, Alicia was tuned into everything that was happening. She entered the workforce, working at a Woman and Family Shelter and Mental Health Shelter. During that time, she learned that the lack of education and knowledge in Real Estate caused many individuals to become homeless or displaced.   In 2011, Alicia decided to change career paths and accept a position at Litigation Solutions, LLC, now ISG, in Pittsburgh, PA. This job allowed her to relocate to Orlando, Florida in 2017. Alicia never lost her passion in Real Estate. In 2017, Alicia had an in-depth conversation with her father about her vision for her future in real estate. Alicia’s father, an avid supporter of her vision, never allowed her to forget those conversations and encouraged her to pursue real estate. In 2019, Alicia became a licensed REALTOR. Alicia wants everyone who dreams of becoming a homeowner to have that dream fulfilled no matter their financial standing. Homeownership is for everyone who wants it.
