Alex was born in California, but has spent the last 25 years living in the South West Orange County and attending the University of Central Florida. Living and growing up in Doctor Phillips/Windermere area has helped him become very familiar with Central Florida. When he and his wife were expecting their first child their main priority was finding a home for their son to grow up in. This exciting time lit a fire within him to want to help others find their perfect home too.
