I have over 30 years in construction and Real Estate deals and understand them and have participated in many multiple properties bought and sold. I negotiate the sale of the home on behalf of the sellers and follow it through until the successful closing. As a buying agent, I help my clients understand the home buying process, listen to their needs, wants, goals and time frame. Then lookout for those needs, show homes & negotiate the sale of the home on the buyer’s behalf, following through for a successful close!
