About Simone Malloy, Associate

Simone Malloy is a passionate Associate Broker, educator, and community leader dedicated to helping clients build wealth through real estate. A native of the Bronx, New York, Simone is guided by her personal motto, "Education is Power," and is committed to equipping buyers, sellers, and investors with the knowledge, market insights, and strategic guidance needed to achieve their real estate goals with confidence. Simone earned a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Winston-Salem State University and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Trinity University. Licensed as a REALTOR® since 2006, she has served clients throughout Maryland and Washington, DC, and earned her Associate Broker designation in 2022. She is also a graduate of the Maryland Leadership Academy Class of 2026, where she further developed her commitment to leadership and service within the real estate industry. Before transitioning to real estate full-time, Simone dedicated more than 25 years to public education in North Carolina and Maryland, serving as a Special Educator, Instructional Lead Teacher, and School Administrator. Her background in education continues to shape her client-first approach, emphasizing communication, advocacy, and informed decision-making. In addition to her real estate practice, Simone is the Founder and CEO of Career Ready Academy, an organization designed to expose high school students to careers in real estate, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Through hands-on learning and industry partnerships, the program prepares students to become confident, career-ready leaders within their communities. Simone is an active member of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCAAR), where she serves on both the Grievance Committee and the Washington, DC Public Policy Committee. Her dedication to community service, leadership, and financial empowerment extends beyond her profession and into every aspect of her work. A devoted wife of 14 years and proud mother, Simone enjoys working alongside her daughter, who serves as her assistant. She is a member of Zion Church's Greenbelt Campus, serves on the SET Connections Team, and enjoys daily pickleball as part of her commitment to health and wellness. Whether helping clients buy, sell, or invest, Simone is known for her integrity, expertise, and unwavering commitment to helping families create wealth, build legacies, and achieve their dreams through real estate.
