Paul leads Fulcrum Properties Group's real estate practice in NW Washington, DC and Montgomery County, and is Fulcrum's NW DC Listing Agent. Fulcrum Properties Group is a Top 10 nationally-ranked team on the Number 1 brokerage in the world, Keller Williams. Paul also serves on the Agent Leadership Council ("ALC") for Keller Williams Capital Properties. The ALC is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. By having input from these associates, each office can tailor their strategies to thrive in all stages of the market. Paul returned to his passion of real estate after practicing law for more than a decade at Squire Patton Boggs and O’Melveny & Myers (both top 30 national law firms). Paul has lived in numerous states and multiple foreign countries, and is proud to call Washington, DC home longer than anywhere else. Paul is licensed in Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland. When not working hard to meet the needs of his clients, you might find him acting on stage at one of the area's theatres, in front of the camera on a shoot, or taking advantage of one of the many incredible outdoor activities that help make this area so special. Paul graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. He also graduated with honors and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
