My mission is to work with agents to achieve their goals. I have almost two decades of sales experience and know the challenges agents face. I work with agents to develop solutions that create winning situations. I don’t compete with my agents. I’m here for you every day, prepared to engage in the challenges before you. Finally, everyone needs a coach, even seasoned agents. Through one-on-one coaching, we work together to implement a plan for achieving your goals. Managing the Arlington office is my passion and I strive to create a positive, productive environment for my agents and staff. Training Coaching and training are at the center of everything we do. Almost all training is done by me. Whether you need one-on-one in-depth business analysis or to practice scripts, I take the lead. Each week we have hour-long sessions on the topics pertinent to your business. We help agents at all volume and experience levels take their business to the next level. Support Agents are more successful with support to help with their efforts. We believe that and provide support to help your business run more smoothly. In addition, not only am I here to lend a helping hand, we have agents with over 30 years of experience to provide guidance. We relish in assisting in the development of each other’s businesses. Technology From actual tools to software to social media platforms, our business will never be the same. Technology should perform two functions; increase efficiency and strengthen client relationships. Technology training is conducted regularly in our office. Excitement All work and no play is no fun.
