Majida Zouine is a licensed REALTOR and distinguished member of Real Living At Home. She acts as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Majida learned at an early age what it means to have a strong work ethic, high morals and core values. When asked how long have you been in Real Estate, the answer is, my entire life! Having family members in development has allowed her to expand her knowledge in the real estate industry by giving her insight on various home challenges. You have to go beyond the idea of just selling a home or helping someone purchase. Having a different perspective is key; knowing what to look for, and the small details of possible concerns could save potential buyers or sellers thousands. Majida feels blessed to be a part of Real Living at Home: The Washingtonian Group, who provides her with the market knowledge, technology and resources required to effectively meet her clients’ needs whether they are renting, selling, or buying. Today, in addition to being a full time Realtor, Majida is also extremely passionate about helping underprivileged kids around the world. Together, Majida and her sister started a nonprofit, The Kamkam Foundation (Keeping Abused Misfortunate Kids Alive and Motivated). Their goal is to help those who seek help, speak for those who can’t speak, listen to those who want their voices to be heard, and enlighten the path of children who need support. Her giving heart, passion to help others, and ability to simply “listen” to other’s needs are among the reasons for her success. To Majida, every client is a client for life!
