Khylah Settle joined the Annapolis, Church Circle office of Coldwell Banker Realty as a new agent in 2018. She quickly gained traction as she implemented systems and strategies that expanded her book of business. Within three years, Khylah joined the leadership team as the Assistant Branch Vice President. Within two years, she was promoted to Branch Vice President of the #1 office of the Mid-Atlantic, and one of the top brokerages in the greater Maryland area, where she is dedicated to educating, coaching, and empowering agents to realize their real estate aspirations. Khylah is a native Washingtonian born to Army Veteran parents. She graduated from Bowie State University in Bowie, MD with a B.S. in Communications. With her husband Steve Settle Jr., they have three adult children; Steve (Settle III), daughter Spencer, and youngest Sloane Settle.
